AeroFlexx, a full-service liquid packaging company, has entered into a strategic partnership with Polish liquid concentrates supplier Chemipack to introduce eco-friendly liquid packaging solutions in Europe.
The collaboration is set to meet the increasing demand for sustainable packaging alternatives and expand AeroFlexx's global presence.
It is poised to leverage the two companies’ capabilities to deliver sustainable packaging formats to the European market.
Chemipack, which is known for its efficient filling operations and on-site blending, supplies liquid concentrates for a wide range of purposes such as industrial fluids, wet wipes, and household and personal care products.
The company currently has five production lines capable of manufacturing and filling more than 100 million litres of liquids every year.
Chemipack chair and CEO Robert Serafiński said: “As a multigenerational business, maintaining a highly efficient process for our existing portfolio of customers with blending and filling facilities that are sustainable for future generations is one of our core efforts, and with the help of AeroFlexx, we will significantly expand our sustainable position to ensure lasting value.”
Meanwhile, AeroFlexx, headquartered in Ohio, US, and part of the Innventure portfolio, has a presence in the Europe, Southeast Asia, and the Americas regions.
The company's airframe technology uses air instead of plastic, resulting in flexible packaging that mimics a rigid bottle while significantly reducing virgin plastic usage by up to 85%.
AeroFlexx’s packaging solution is designed for ease of use, featuring a squeezable material that allows for the precise dispensing of liquids.
AeroFlexx Commercial vice-president Kevin Green said: “By partnering with Chemipack, we are strategically positioned to meet our European customers' demand, enabling AeroFlexx to enter the market and scale rapidly.
“Chemipack's top-quality production and agile approach are vital as we continue to support our robust and growing pipeline.”
The latest collaboration comes after AeroFlexx formalised a partnership with Dynapack Asia, a rigid plastic packaging and components producer.
