dtcpay, a digital payment solution provider, has teamed up with packaging design company Burgopak to introduce eco-friendly packaging for its new global payment card.

The collaboration merges blockchain technology with innovative packaging design, aiming to enhance the user experience while upholding sustainability.

Burgopak creative director Dane Whitehouse said: "When thinking about the packaging of dtcpay’s payment card, the aim was to encapsulate the brand’s values and demonstrate its vibrancy.

“Burgopak provided dtcpay with a ‘telescopic’ sliding packaging design, overlaid with dynamic artwork. Fractal patterns, derived from the primary diamond-shaped logo, combined with elegant gradient effects, really help bring the packaging to life.”

dtcpay stated that the new packaging is a testament to its commitment to making global transactions effortless and cost-effective.

It enables individuals and businesses to integrate cryptocurrency without infrastructure overhaul or volatility concerns.

The company’s new payment card offers access to more than 100 million Mastercard locations globally.

dtcpay marketing head Ashlee Zhang said: "We wanted users to recognise our brand from the moment they laid eyes on the packaging. The external design had to be not just eye-catching but also a reflection of our professionalism and commitment to excellence.”

Burgopak designs and manufactures packaging for products of all shapes and sizes.

The company operates nine manufacturing locations across nine countries, including the UK, the US, India, and China.
