Lecta, a supplier of papers for labels and flexible packaging, has announced the expansion of its Termax thermal paper line.

The company has introduced two new grades, Termax TC20X and Termax TC20XB.

These new products are designed for a broad spectrum of self-adhesive labels and are particularly suited for challenging environments, according to Lecta.

The newly launched Termax TC20X and TC20XB grades are engineered to serve as adhesive face stocks for label applications in the food and industrial sectors, where they may encounter moisture, grease, or solvents.

Both grades boast a high resistance to grease, water, solvents, scratches, and plasticisers, positioning them as favourable solutions for such adverse conditions.

In addition to their chemical and environmental resistance properties, the Termax TC20X and TC20XB papers are both phenol-free and offer high image resolution and sensitivity.

TC20XB further includes a protective back layer for enhanced durability when applied on stronger adhesives.

Lecta produced the entire Termax range in compliance with several environmental and quality standards, including ISO 14001, the Eco-Management and Audit Scheme, ISO 50001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001.

Moreover, customers have the option to request products with the Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification Chain of Custody and Forest Stewardship Council C011032 certifications.

With these additions, Lecta aims to reinforce its product portfolio and solidify its market presence in the label and flexible packaging sector.
