ProAmpac, a flexible packaging company, has unveiled its latest advancements in fibre-based packaging, recyclable films, and food-to-go solutions.

The company is exhibiting these solutions at the Packaging Innovations 2025 event, scheduled for today and tomorrow (12-13 February) at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC) in Birmingham, England.

The company is presenting a variety of sustainable flexible packaging solutions at the event.

The company stated that, in response to the growing demand for fibre-based packaging, it has extended its kerbside-recyclable solutions into new markets such as frozen foods and overwraps.

The company will also display its range of recyclable flexible films to further support circular economy objectives.

This portfolio features the patented ProActive Recyclable R-2000 film series, which is claimed to have been designed to ensure durability, product protection, filling line efficiency, and shelf appeal.

Finally, it will highlight its fibre-based solutions for the fresh food-to-go market, incorporating products such as the HandRap and the RAP Sandwich Wedge.

The company claims that these products provide reduced plastic usage alongside extended shelf life.
