Pulse Roll Label Products, a UK-based narrow web printing ink specialist, is broadening its European footprint with the inauguration of a new factory in Poznań, Poland.

The expansion is part of the company's strategic growth plan and will cater to customers throughout Poland and Central and Eastern Europe.

The new Pulse Polska facility, spanning 1,200m², is positioned to provide services not only to the Polish market but also to print service providers across the broader European regions.

This move marks a significant milestone for Pulse, which has been operating successfully in the UK for more than two decades.

The company has acquired the new plant in the village of Bogucin from longstanding production partner Reprograf Grafikus.

Based in Poland, Reprograf specialises in offering solutions in the fields of digital, offset, large format, and flexographic printing.

Pulse managing director Gary Seward said: “Following a hugely successful year that has seen the introduction of our innovative dual cure UV LED ink range, PureTone DC, and the industry embracing use of our revolutionary Monolox Fixed Anilox Printing system, we are now expanding our European footprint and looking forward to an even more successful 2024.”

Founded in May 2001 by Seward and Dave Whelan, Pulse has established itself as a key player in the label printing industry.

The company provides a range of products, including inks, varnishes, and coatings to printers and converters.
