Resource Label Group (RLG), a provider of label and packaging solutions, has acquired US-based packaging design company Beyer Graphics.

Established in 1982 by William Beyer Sr, Beyer Graphics offers custom folding boxes and cartons to clients in the over-the-counter, pharmaceutical, vitamin, supplement, and cosmetics sectors.

Beyer Graphics will be added to RLG’s speciality pharmaceutical and healthcare packaging division, RLG Healthcare.

The financial details of the acquisition have not been disclosed.

Beyer Graphics president Daniel Beyer said: “Our team is excited to join RLG, as the partnership will increase our ability to better meet the needs of our growing customer base.

“As part of the RLG Healthcare business, our customers will have access to a broader portfolio of products and capabilities that will expand our ability to provide the innovative packaging solutions our customers require.”

RLG offers a wide range of products, including pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, flexible packaging, and radio-frequency identification/near-field communication technology.

The company also provide sustainable product solutions, industrial solutions, healthcare packaging, and fulfilment services, serving multiple industries such as food and beverage, chemical, household products, and pharmaceutical.

The acquisition of Beyer Graphics marks the 32nd for RLG and the third addition to its RLG Healthcare segment.
