SPG is a vertically integrated provider of protective packaging products, operating under divisions IVEX, Packaging Concepts & Design (PCD) and ProtecPac.
Complete Packaging specialises in highly engineered multi-substrate protective packaging solutions serving Midwest US industries, including automotive, energy, aerospace and defence.
This strategic move bolsters SPG's position as one of North America's largest independent protective packaging manufacturers.
Enhancing capabilities and footprint
SPG, a portfolio company of Altamont Capital Partners, aims to strengthen its engineered packaging offerings and geographic reach through this acquisition.
With Complete Packaging joining the SPG family, the company's workforce has grown by approximately 90 employees, now totalling 1,600.
The acquisition aligns with SPG's commitment to providing high-quality packaging solutions.
