German packaging company Suedpack's Indian subsidiary has received an A Grade certification by Brand Reputation through Compliance Global Standards (BRCGS).  

BRCGS is a brand and consumer protection organisation, known for its strict global standards for packaging materials. 

This certification highlights Suedpack Kamakshi's commitment to quality management, product safety, and operational excellence in the flexible packaging sector for the food and agriculture industry. 

Suedpack Kamakshi CEO Latha Ekambaram said: "We are incredibly proud to receive the BRCGS recommended 'A Grade' certification. This confirms our high standard of quality, which we owe to our team's dedication and the knowledge shared by our German partners at Suedpack.

The certification is given to companies that demonstrate exceptional performance across areas, including facility standards and other operational criteria. 

With this award, Suedpack Kamakshi will boost its position in the Indian packaging industry. 

The company said it will continue to provide safe, high-quality packaging solutions, drawing on the extensive expertise of its German parent company and its own stringent commitment to quality.

Last month, parent company SÜDPACK received validation from the Science Based Targets initiative for its ambitious greenhouse gas emissions reduction targets.
