Full-service packaging solutions provider UFP Packaging has expanded its operations in Warrens, Wisconsin, US, with the opening of a new production facility.
The expansion includes an 11,840ft² production space and a 2,400ft² employee break room.

This development takes the total manufacturing space of the plant to approximately 40,000ft².

The new facility is designed to produce a diverse range of wood packaging solutions. It will also generate up to 12 new jobs.

The modern break room has been created by Quest Design & Millwork, which is an affiliate of UFP Packaging.

It has been tailored to accommodate UFP Packaging's expanding team.

UFP Packaging operations director Jeremy Brach said: “We’re very excited for these additions and how they will enhance our world-class workspace for employees.

“UFP Packaging is growing in Wisconsin, and we’re thrilled that our growth will help us better serve all of our stakeholders, which include our customers, our employees and our communities.”

UFP Packaging, a subsidiary of UFP Industries, provides packaging solutions across multiple sectors, including industrial manufacturing, medical, logistics, and technology.

The company's extensive product line ranges from wood pallets and crates to customised packaging products such as labels.

In February 2024, the company reported $1.84bn in net sales for financial year 2023, down by 23% from the previous year, driven by a 17% decline in selling prices and a 6% decrease in organic unit sales.
