Zenpack, a sustainable packaging solutions provider, has obtained two certifications, the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Chain of Custody (CoC) and the Butterfly Mark from Positive Luxury.

The FSC CoC certification enables Zenpack to offer FSC-certified paper products, ensuring that its materials used come from responsibly managed forests.

The FSC collaborates with local communities to maintain high forest management standards, which include protecting water quality, preserving old-growth forests, and eliminating hazardous chemicals.

Zenpack's product range includes corrugated cardboard, paperboard, paper bags, stationery, moulded paper pulp, and solid wood packaging components.

The company's Zenlock, a Dieline PlasticFree Award-winning, child-resistant mechanism for legal cannabis packaging, is part of its sustainability portfolio.

The Butterfly Mark certification recognises the company's positive impact on society and the environment.

Zenpack joins Positive Luxury's Real Changemakers community, aligning itself with brands dedicated to driving positive change in the luxury industry.

To retain the Butterfly Mark, Zenpack must continue to meet or exceed the standards set by Positive Luxury in areas such as environment, social and governance, and innovation, with reassessments every two years.

The new certifications will create opportunities for Zenpack's partners and clients.

Listed on the FSC Public Dashboard, Zenpack is among thousands of manufacturers adhering to the FSC's industry-leading standards.

Clients using Zenpack's facilities in Dongguan and Xiamen, China, can now leverage the company's FSC mark for their packaging.

Zenpack, in a statement, said: "Our commitment is reflected in our comprehensive approach to sustainable practices, which includes reducing waste, using eco-friendly materials, and ensuring ethical production processes.”
