Shenso, a division of Sodhisons and Daya, has reported the successful negotiation of nine deals for its advanced packaging machinery at the PrintPack 2025 event.
The company secured orders for its fully automatic square-bottom paper bag-making machine and double-track V-bottom paper bag machine.
The model on display, which can produce bags with up to 300mm-wide bottoms, was immediately booked by Mainetti, a company with a 60-year history serving retail and apparel brands.
In addition to this, Shenso signed a deal for its double-track V-bottom paper bag machine, reportedly a first-of-its-kind installation in India.
This machine boasts a production speed of up to 1,800 bags per minute, highlighting the company’s commitment to high-efficiency packaging solutions.
Meanwhile, Impressions Printing & Packaging, based in Jammu and part of the Amar Ujala Group, invested in the KDX automatic dry-lamination machine featuring special metal coating transfer technology.
This purchase underscores the growing demand for advanced lamination solutions in the packaging industry.
Furthermore, three additional customers, two from the Delhi National Capital Region and one from Sivakasi, have confirmed their orders for these automatic dry-lamination machines.
Shenso also unveiled a complete cold-foiling solution line, which includes a high-speed automatic stop-cylinder screen printing machine capable of 4,000 sheets per hour. This complete line was acquired by Alankar Lamination from Delhi.
PrintWeek India has reported that Global Printing and Packaging from Bangalore and HBD Packaging from Noida each secured a high-speed window patching machine.
These machines can process up to 20,000 cartons per hour and are equipped with ten servos, demonstrating the latest advancements in packaging automation.
