Danish waste-handling solutions provider Lundberg Tech has launched its 160-series all-in-one waste-handling unit.
Based in Lille Skensved, Lundberg Tech designs machines that capture, transport, cut, and compact waste from its customers’ production and packaging equipment.
The company asserts that its new 160-series meets the changing needs of contemporary production environments.
The 160-series machinery’s features include increased separator capacity, an antistatic coating, and an upgraded filtration system.
The company also noted that its 160-series is offered in three configurations: WasteTech 160, TrimCompactor 160, and MatrixCompactor 160, each designed to meet specific waste-handling requirements.
The company further mentioned that an integration of the 160-series would promote sustainability and recycling, boost productivity, and reduce labour costs for customers.
The Lundberg Tech 160-series is suitable for a variety of waste-handling tasks, including capturing and cutting continuous trims from slitting, printing, packaging, and converting processes.
In January this year, another Danish company, Tentoma Packaging Solutions, unveiled a new vacuum unit crafted to improve both the efficiency and sustainability of packaging processes.
The new unit, which complements the company’s RoRo StretchPack packaging machines, is designed to optimise the collection of film waste during the packaging process.
The unit allows film snippets to be gathered in any container, offering flexibility and eliminating dependence on the location of the packaging machine.
