LTR seaming process system
PackSys’ LTR seaming process system incorporates a side seaming machine that enables the production of cosmetic tube with almost invisible side seams. The LTR sideseamer features our patented butt weld Inviseam® technology, which was designed to meet the need for near flawless tube sleeves within a demanding cosmetic tube market.
LTR gives tube manufacturers the opportunity to deliver new, cost-effective cosmetic tube with endless decoration and printing possibilities.
Metal cap lines – production and decoration
We supply a wide range of metal cap production and decoration lines for the global packaging market. We are probably the only supplier in the world able to supply a full production and decoration line for aluminum cap manufacturing.
The new MPM multi-purpose machine for plastic and aluminium caps is one of the most cost-effective machines on the market. The MPM can be used for various operations, especially in the case of multi-pieces cap, like glueing, inserting of plastic inserts, rollforming, slitting, etc. With a speed of up to 250 caps a minute, this reliable and modern machine has been designed to significantly lower production costs in multi-operation processes.
NZP6 – Re-draw press for long and extra-long aluminium caps
Two re-draws in one machine are provided by the NZP 6, a mechanically driven high speed re-draw press with independently adjustable pneumatic drawing cushions. It executes the re-draw operations of long and extra long aluminium caps.
Pinch trimming to the final cap length and the waste ring separation on the final draw are included in the equipment.
Metal cap decoration line – MCDL
The MCDL metal cap decoration line contains a cap sorting unit, de-greasing plant, base coating machine, drying plant (base coat), printing and over-varnishing machine and drying plant (print and over-varnish).
MRA6 – the world’s fastest rollforming machine
The MRA 6 metal cap decoration line can be reconfigured to perform a broad range of different operations. These include rollforming (knurling, grooving, perforating, beading), disc liners insertion, single-piece-liners, identical both-sided lamination, one-side metal lamination, plastic insert insertion (refill protection) and counting and boxing.
New Mini 120 production line
Lower production cost, higher profit: the Mini 120 is a complete laminate tube line integrated into one single machine, making tube production simple, compact and very cost-effective. No more than 15m² are required to produce 120 tubes/min, including top seal and capping application:
- Seaming
- Heading
- Top seal application (optional)
- Capping application
- Tube packing (optional)
Preformed shoulders are not required thanks to the well-proven compression-moulding process.
