CPS Case Packing Systems is to attend two upcoming high-profile packaging industry events this month.
From 13-15 March, the company will be exhibiting at CFIA in Rennes, France. CPS can be found at the booth of its agency in France Sermatec/ET PACK in hall 3 booth C28/D27 and will present the CLP pick-and-place application to pack automatically MAP trays into carton trays.
Next up will be Anuga FoodTec held in Köln (Cologne), Germany, from 20-23 March. CPS Case packing System is presenting in hall 7.1 B051 the new CP201 case packer specialised for packing frozen food such as French fries, as well as potato, vegetables, meat and fish products.
The company will showcase the new four sides compacting at the CP201 casepacker. This means that the carton will be held and squeezed smoothly at fou sides during filling in order that the carton can be filled with more product an stays in its shape and is not going to bulge.
In other words: we pack more products per cubic metre and the cases remain nice square, which can be palletised automatically very easily. Even more important is that the pallet of cases will not be crooked or lop-sided in the cold store or during transportation in the trailer due to bulged cases at the pallet. The customer can use automatic palletizers and logistic load systems for trailers because of the perfect square shape of either the cases and complete pallet.
The company will also showcase its vibrating systems, soft stop and case closer systems to fill and close the cases automatic using tape or hotmelt to complete the CP201 line as a very efficient line at its booth in Hall 7.1 B051.
