With great pleasure we can inform you that a new company from the Netherlands has been added to the XANO group: Polyketting Holding BV.
The XANO Group, of which Canline is part of, consists of niche engineering companies offering manufacturing and development services for industrial products and automation equipment. The group is represented in the Nordic countries, Estonia, the Netherlands, Poland, China and the United States.
XANO has confirmed the acquisition of Polyketting Holding B.V. with subsidiaries, located in Zelhem in the Netherlands. Polyketting develops and manufactures automation equipment such as conveyor systems and accumulator units for the automated handling of packages. The company is now a part of XANO’s Industrial Solutions business unit.
The acquisition will bring additional expertise to the operations of the Industrial Solutions business unit as well as access to new market segments.
A close working relationship between the companies will strengthen the individual entities and the shared resources will enable them to provide the market with complete solutions and the capacity to execute large-scale automation projects.
