Jongerius Hanco will attend the Gulfood Manufacturing Exhibition at the Dubai World Trade Centre in Dubai, UAE. There we will be showcasing the Bag Inspector, our advanced Seal Tester.
The Seal Tester ensures only high quality bags of product are packaged by the ACM. It is designed with a very accurate measuring system that is able to measure the air fill of a bag with a precision of up to a tenth of a millimetre.
The Seal Tester detects (and rejects) bags with a too low or too high air fill, double and empty bags, and ensures bags enter the ACM in high-end synchronisation.
We integrate the Bag Inspector with our fully automatic ACM Multipackaging machine to create multipacks of 10 up to 24 bags per multipack.
