Munksjö has extended its Aderpack™ range with a 35g/m² low basis weight paper for cooking and baking applications.
This light paper grade enables a lower environment footprint while maintaining high release performance and temperature resistance.
Convenient and hygienic, Aderpack are single-use papers, mainly used for baking pastry or pizza as well as steam cooking.
Made from natural fibres, Aderpack offers high release properties and excellent heat resistance, making it ideal for consumer rolls, liner for pre-rolled dough or pan liners. As it is a single-use baking paper, it improves hygiene with no risk of allergenic food residue migration.
Aderpack meets the strictest safety requirements for direct food contact and baking conditions such as FDA and BfR XXXVI.II regulations. Munksjö baking papers are manufactured at Munksjö’s site in Rottersac, France.
