Uflex has been named Aon Best Employer Company on Employee Experience for 2019.
Launched in 2001, the Aon Best Employers program is a global study that recognises employer excellence worldwide.
The survey follows a robust framework based on intent-design-experience pillars, which includes employee engagement survey, maintaining people practices inventory, CEO intent and design of HR practices.
The study followed a nine-month-long process, with shortlisted companies having in-person audits by the Aon team and a final jury round where an eminent panel of industry stalwarts selected the winning workplaces.
