Dantex Group has announced the appointment of Rob Tolland as the new vice-president of sales for Dantex USA. He brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in sales, customer relations and leadership, making him an invaluable addition to the team.
In his new role, Rob will drive sales initiatives across all company areas, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster trust and confidence in Dantex’s products and services. He will also be tasked with seeking new business opportunities to ensure sustained growth and expansion, as well as upholding and nurturing the company culture to ensure a positive and supportive work environment for all employees. His role includes providing steady and consistent leadership, ensuring stability during times of change and offering the vision needed for the company’s continued success.
Being a former employee, Rob’s interest in this position and the Dantex Group stems from a long-standing relationship with the senior leadership team. For nearly a decade, efforts have been made to bring him back to the company and both parties working diligently to find the right fit for his return.
