Wilson Electrical Machinery was established in 1983, and was one of the pioneers in producing flexographic presses and gravure (copperplate) presses in China.

New-style flexographic press and high-speed gravure press
Wilson has possession of three subsidiaries: Wilson Electrical Machinery & Engineering, Hong Kong; Jinland Enterprise, Hong Kong; and Wilson Electrical Machinery, Dong Guan, which has a factory surface area of more than 19,000m², an engineering department and technology service department, and a laboratory research centre and new product development centre. The latter is capable of providing research and development for new types of flexographic press and high-speed gravure press.

High-speed four-colour flexographic printing machine
Wilson’s high-speed four-colour flexographic printing machine can adapt to BOPP, PET, CPP or PE roll material for multi-colour printing, has a printing speed of up to 120m/min and can be adapted to the client’s needs to use water ink, oil ink or UV ink.
High-speed four-colour flexographic paper printing machine
Wilson’s high-speed four-colour flexographic paper printing machine is designed for web printing, uses eco-water ink for printing and has a print speed of up to 120m/min.
Four-colour non-woven cloth printing machine
Wilson’s four-colour non-woven cloth printing machine uses eco-water or oil ink for printing, has a high-brilliance colour appearance and offers high-speed printing of up to 3,000m/hr.
High-speed four-colour flexographic printing machine (4m)
Wilson’s high-speed four-colour flexographic printing machine (4m) is applicable for pre-print cardboard boxes with multi-colour print, and offers a maximum printing width of 4,000mm. This flexographic printing machine has an unwinder diameter of 1,300mm and a maximum rewinder weight of up to 2t.
Stack gravure printing machine
Wilson’s stack gravure printing machine offers high-quality printing for high elastic and proteiform material (for example, PE ventilation membrane, PVC membrane, PC membrane, etc.), and can print simultaneously on front and back sides. It also features the Japanese Mitsubishi tension control system.
