Flexible packaging solutions provider American Packaging Corporation (APC) has announced a leadership transition, with Ray Graham taking over as CEO and president, effective 1 January 2025.
The move follows a plan unveiled last month, which outlined the company’s leadership succession.
Graham succeeds Jeff Koch, who retired on 31 December 2024 and has since joined APC’s board of directors.
Graham has been with American Packaging since 2002, where he initially led the company’s Flexographic Printing & Laminating Center of Excellence in Story City, Iowa, US.
His responsibilities included overseeing operations and the business unit’s profit and loss (P&L).
During this tenure, he expanded and modernised manufacturing sites, as well as established two new greenfield sites, and a significant investment in capital equipment and capabilities.
