Foodservice packaging manufacturer Genpak has unveiled its latest product line, Grab-A-Bowl, incorporating polypropylene (PP) bowls and lids designed for the sector.

Grab-A-Bowl containers are engineered with easy-grip tabs to facilitate better handling and convenience.

The latest design is tailored to accommodate both hot and cold meals, making it suitable for various food applications. Its stackable feature allows for efficient space utilisation during storage and transport.

Genpak claims that the transparent lids of Grab-A-Bowl offer quick visibility of the contents, which is crucial for maintaining order accuracy and freshness of the food.

This attribute is particularly beneficial for convenience stores, value-added grocery retailers, and restaurants looking to offer a reliable packaging option to their customers.

Grab-A-Bowl is safe for use in both microwaves and refrigerators, catering to meal prep applications. The range is available in multiple sizes, catering to the diverse requirements of restaurant operators.

Since its establishment in 1969, Genpak says it has been at the forefront of the foodservice packaging industry.

With a broad client base that includes grocery chains and major fast-casual dining establishments, the company is recognised for its packaging solutions and dedication to fostering strong customer relationships.

Genpak corporate marketing manager Monica Bowser said: “Grab-A-Bowl containers are intrinsically designed to provide exceptional ease of use and practicality for operators and consumers.

“This durable and stackable line of bowls with easy-to-grip tabs are optimally designed for hot and cold sides, soups, and entrees.”

In January last year, Genpak launched a new sustainable moulded fibre packaging line, Harvest Fiber.

This range included hinged containers, trays, and tableware, all designed to meet the evolving needs of restaurant operators.
