King Machine has introduced its Ultra Clean Blower-Filler-Capper Monobloc Machine to meet the demand for hygienic and efficient beverage production, according to a press release from ABNewswire via openPR.
This new machine is said to transform beverage production lines and address the increasing demand for hygienic liquid bottling solutions.
It can handle 18,000 to 54,000 0.5L juice bottles per hour and 4,000 to 6,000 larger 4L and 5L bottles per hour.
This technology provides blowing-filling-capping solutions for water, milk, and juice bottles in beverage applications.
The purification and sterile isolation system ensures a contamination-free environment throughout the bottling process.
The fully enclosed stainless-steel windows, paired with “high efficiency” Fan Filter Units (FFUs), create a sterile internal atmosphere.
