LOM Tech, a Chinese packaging machinery manufacturer, has upgraded its e-liquid filling machine lineup to enhance its packaging capabilities for vape oil products.

The new series includes six models featuring fully automated systems that utilise Siemens’ programmable logic controller (PLC) and touchscreen human-machine interface (HMI), aiming to improve the efficiency and precision of vape oil filling operations.

LOM Tech noted that the upgraded machines are capable of filling bottles ranging from 5ml to 30ml with e-liquid, catering to a variety of bottle sizes and designs.

The LM-GE30 model is specifically designed for glass bottle filling while the LM-LB30 model comes equipped with a labeller for e-liquid bottles. The LM-GF70 model focuses on efficient glass bottle feeding, and the LM-C30 model has been redesigned for precise e-liquid bottle capping.

The other two systems in the lineup, LM-OP5 and LM-E30, are engineered for filling and sealing ampoules and for filling bottles with capping functionality, respectively.

The modular design of these machines allows for easy reconfiguration and adaptability, enabling factories to utilise the same equipment for other products such as eye drops and various medicine bottle fillings.

LOM Tech, headquartered in Hangzhou, is known for its liquid-filling machines and holds more than 110 patents in liquid-filling technologies.

The company is engaged in providing cost-effective and precise packaging solutions to the global market.

LOM Tech sales manager Miss Lucy said: “As a company, we are committed to offering efficient, precise, and advanced e-liquid fillers that conform to the dynamic needs of our clients with every innovation.

“At LOM Tech, we understand the challenges in the vape oil filling industry, a reason we have introduced modular machines for maximum productivity.”
